The total imbalance of the worth of a vote from anyone living outside of metropolitan NYC will never be addressed.
Bad enough there are more Assembly Districts in that area than the rest of NYS combined.
BUT, they're also allowed more SENATE seats because of their higher population, contrary to the definition of what it, the Senate, was supposed to represent.
